1.Before the first live call
Every agent completes compliance training covering the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing rules, Do Not Call handling, required disclosures, prohibited practices, recording notice, data security, and campaign-specific rules. Agents must pass a written assessment, including Do Not Call scenarios, before being permitted to take or place live calls.
2.Ongoing
- Annual compliance retraining and re-certification for all personnel.
- Immediate retraining whenever laws, rules, or CallBlade policies change.
- Campaign-specific training and script certification before each new campaign launches.
3.Quality assurance
- Recorded calls are reviewed on an ongoing basis against a compliance scorecard that includes Do Not Call handling, disclosures, script adherence, and prohibited practices.
- Supervisors monitor live calls.
- Dialer settings, calling-hour enforcement, attempt caps, and abandonment rates are audited regularly.
4.Enforcement
- Mishandled Do Not Call request: the number is suppressed immediately, the agent is removed from live calling pending review, and the incident is documented. Intentional disregard of a Do Not Call request results in termination.
- Other violations: progressive discipline up to and including termination, depending on severity and intent.
- Client-directed violations: refusal of the instruction, escalation to Compliance, and possible suspension or termination of the campaign.
5.Speak-up policy
Any CallBlade team member who is asked to violate these policies, by anyone, is expected to refuse and report it to Compliance at compliance@callblade.com. CallBlade prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a compliance concern in good faith.
